Commercial property at 1382 Union University Drive becomes the latest sale in Thomsen Farms.
Brandon Buchanan, Joseph W. Gibson IV and Jason B. Rudd sold the property – which is home to Morgan Stanley – to Hooper’s Quick Stop Inc., for $1,880,000.
The sale of this property is the second since March 2018.
BGR Commercial Properties purchased the property from C&F Investment Group LLC for $1,250,000.
The sale adds to a growing list of commercial property in Thomsen Farms.
- Commercial property occupied by Sun Tan City, 1478 Union University Drive, sold in March 2022.
William Cefalu TR, William Cefalu Revocable Trust purchased the property from STC Investment Group for $1,556,000.
Additional property sales in Thomsen Farms include two in December 2021.
- First Choice Property & Development LLC sold commercial property at 429 Walker Road to Jamal Albarati for $2,730,000, and one week earlier, Rivendell Capital Partners purchased a strip center at 1296 Union University Drive.
First Choice Property & Development LLC sold property – which consists of 12,000-square-feet for $2,900,000.
The units range from 1,200- to 3,500-square-feet.
- In February 2021, Stan Clampitt, Buchanan Realty Group, brokered a transaction at 1363 Union University Drive for $2,800,000 in Thomsen Farms.
First Choice Property & Development, LLC sold the property to a group of local investors. The property consists of 14,760 square feet on a 2.16 acre lot.
