Details are limited, but Card Capital General Partnership has purchased 201 East Lafayette Street in downtown Jackson from John H. Allen for $1.3 million.
The 18,232-square-foot multi-use facility is available for restaurants, retail and offices on the lower level and Liberty Square Loft Apartments on the second and third floors.
