The Jackson Beer Board approved requests for two special occasions during its monthly meeting at City Hall, Tuesday.
Melanie and Robert A. Lupino, representing the Hemp Festival, were approved for a Special Occasion permit to sell, store and serve on Liberty Street and the Downtown Tavern – the street will be closed – April 23.
Lizzie Emmons, representing the Jackson Arts Council, was approved for a Special Occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer at The Ned, May 10.
Bhupender R. Patel was approved for a permit for a business known as Best Western, 2443 Christmasville Cove, Jackson, TN, for selling, storing, and serving on the premises where sold.
Christopher M Fultz was approved for a permit for a business known as Hilton Garden Inn – Jackson, 1324 Vann Drive, Jackson, TN, for selling, storing, and serving on the premises where sold.
Baldevbhai A. Patel was approved for a business known as The Smoke Shop, 799 Hollywood Drive, Jackson, TN, for selling, storing, and serving on the premises where sold.
