A proposal for a new 144 unit apartment complex on Creek Stone Cove – south of Sterling Farms Cove – has been approved by the Jackson Municipal Regional Planning Commission.
Submitted by Buchanan Realty Group, the complex – which will consist of six- three-story buildings – will be constructed on approximately 6.59 acres.
The complex will offer 229 parking spaces.
