The West Tennessee Healthcare Board of Trustees approved five resolutions during their monthly meeting at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Tuesday.
Resolution: Upgrade Windows Operating System
The Board approved a resolution presented by Scott Krodel, Chief Information Officer, to upgrade the Windows Operating System software and equipment at a cost of $320,000 from budgeted District funds.
Resolution: Renovation of IT Network Closet Repair
The Board approved a resolution presented by Scott Krodel, CIO, to renovate 8 IT network closets at a cost of $250,000 from budgeted District funds.
Resolution: Renovation of Space for Relocation of Wound Center
The Board approved a resolution presented by Darrell King, VP-WTMG, to renovate space at 379 Hospital Blvd, Jackson, TN in order to relocate the Wound Center at a cost of $1,260,000 from budgeted District funds.
Resolution: Upgrade to the Hemosphere Monitoring System
The Board approved a resolution presented by Deann Thelen, CEO-JMCGH, to upgrade to the Hemosphere Monitoring System at a cost of $596,600 from budgeted District funds.
Resolution: Purchase of Payroll and HR System
The Board approved a resolution presented by Scott Krodel, CIO, to purchase technology to replace the Payroll and HR systems at a cost of $2,178,670 from budgeted District funds.
