JACKSON Tenn – Around 2;45 am Tuesday Jackson police responded to a domestic call on Westwood Ave. When officers arrived they came in contact with Robert Chromizky following an argument with his wife early Tuesday morning.
Officers attempted to take Chromizky in custody for a simply domestic assault. That is when officers say he yelled “do you wanna fight” at officers and charged at them. Chromizky was naked at the time of the assault.
Offices subdued the man and he was charged with resisting arrest, two counts of simple assault of an officer and one count of simple domestic assault . The officers were not injured.
He was booked on charges and held in lieu of bond.
