From the Jackson-Madison County Health Department –

The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department confirms a 41-year-old female died Nov. 10, 2021 due to complications from COVID-19. This brings the total number of COVID-19 related deaths to 315 in Madison County.

The health department has received positive test results for 83 more cases of COVID-19 since Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021. We now have 18,509 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County – 17,795 have recovered.

Our Epidemiology staff is reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.
