Warehouse property on Bobrick Drive in Jackson-Madison County Industrial Park have been sold for approximately $7 million.

Fort Worth Partnership sold 187 Bobrick Drive to FRG X TN1 LP, for $4,090,500, and Jackson Properties Inc. sold 225 Bobrick Drive to FRG X TN1 LP, for $2,727,000.
