JPD needs assistance locating missing 59-year-old female with dementia

From the Jackson Police Department –

The Jackson Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating a woman that has been reported missing from a local group care home.

Hazel Denise Patterson is a black female 59 years old, 5’0”, and 170lbs. Last seen wearing flower print tights, a grey Jacket, with a blue and gray shirt. Ms. Patterson suffers from mental health issues including dementia and may not be safe alone.

Ms. Patterson walked away from care takers at Charity House of Love located at 677 Westwood at about 5:20 PM on 08-10-21. Police were notified about 5:50 PM. Hazel does not have a cell phone.
