Owners of Racetrac Petroleum Inc. have sold 2305 North Highland Avenue – a former Racetrac convenience store – to AAA Holdings LLC, for $143,000

The sale adds to the list of convenience stores in Jackson that have sold in the last six months.

Horizon, 340 Parkstone Place – near the Ballpark at Jackson – was purchased by J&S Food Mart for $1,680,000 in late June or early July.

Willoughby Holdings Inc., sold the business to J&S Food Mart.

In June, Flash Market LLC, 2184 Hollywood Drive, was sold to ANSH Properties Inc., for $2,500,000.

In February, property at 29 Kenworth Blvd. – near Speedway and Pilot Travel Center – was sold for $1.5 million.

Express Food Mart & Deli is located at the property purchased by 29 Kenworth LLC from Ziyad Qaadan.
