Four Springs Capital Trust of Lake Como, New Jersey has purchased the 163,000 square foot Mighty Products Distribution Center, 2495 Dr. F.E. Wright Drive, for $9.2 million from MTY, LLC.
MTY, LLC was represented by Eden Smith of Coldwell Banker Barnes.
Mighty of the Mid-South (MMS) and Mighty Product Center (MPC) are located together in Jackson. MPC is Mighty’s distribution center that supports 100+ U.S. distributors in 45 states and five international master distributors.
MMS is Mighty’s distributor that services professional automotive installers located in Western Tennessee, Northern Mississippi, Southern Kentucky, and areas across the USA that are not supported by a local Mighty distributor.
MPC and MMS have been part of the Jackson community since 1983. Mighty selected Jackson because of its central location between Nashville and Memphis, placing MPC within a day’s drive to over 76% of the United States’ major markets.
In 1987 Mighty Product Center moved to a larger space and, in 1992, built an entirely new facility at 2495 F.E. Wright Drive. Mighty expanded its facility in 2000 and again in 2017. MPC has an impressive average employee tenure of 14+ years, and their safety record has been exceptional, with no lost time accidents since 2015.
The Mighty program features local service, inventory management expertise, and training in conjunction with extensive offerings of OE quality automotive parts, chemical products, lubricants, and shop supplies.
