Miss Delta Blues Kacey Baker and Miss Tipton County Lydia Waldrop shared a win in talent competion, and the swimsuit competition produced the same when Miss Carter County Mallory Edgin and Miss Memphis Katie Allen tied on the third and final day of preliminary competition during the Miss Tennessee Volunteer Scholarship Pageant at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, Friday.
A new Miss Tennessee Volunteer will be crowned when festivities continue at 8 p.m., today.
The pageant has 36 contestants in the 2021 pageant vying for $100,000 in scholarship funds.
