One day after Amelia Collins was named the winner of the talent competition during the Miss Tennessee Volunteer Scholarship Pageant, she was named the winner of the swimsuit competition at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, Thursday.
Collins is Miss Scenic City.
Noelle Thompson, Miss Austin Peay State University, won the talent portion of Thursday’s competition with her vocal performance.
The pageant has 36 contestants in the 2021 pageant vying for $100,000 in scholarship funds.
Competition continues at 8 p.m., today.
