For the second time since September 2018, Rodeway Inn, 2239 Hollywood Drive, has been sold.
Located near Interstate 40, Torna LLC purchased the facility from Eshanya TN Hotels for $2 million.
The sale adds to a growing list of commercial properties sold in Jackson-Madison County.
Recent sales include –
– Hill Boren Properties, 1269 North Highland Ave., sold for $525,000.
The building is located on 2.17 acres on North Highland Avenue in the Downtown Development Cooridor of the Jackson Walk Development and three blocks from West Tennessee’s Largest Medical Center, West Tennessee Healthcare.
– Clay Carlock Jr., purchased 531 Vann Drive, from Cappo Real Estate Holdings LLC etal – Jeffrey E. Cappo TR, Jeffrey E. Cappo Irrevocable Trust for $2,257,817.50.
The 18,000-square-foot facility is a former home of Victory Honda North.
– Madison Towne Centre, 100 Vann Drive, sold for $1,575,000.
Huey and Arnold Acquisitions LLC sold the strip center to Chaohui Tang Li.
Tenants at Madison Towne Centre are LD2 Consignment, elements Salon, First Metropolitan Financial, Sassy Grace Boutique, West Tennessee Vapors, Morgan Tax Service and Batteries Plus Bulbs.
– Old Hickory Inn, 1849 U.S. Highway 45 Bypass, sold for $2,450,000.
Daybreak Suites Jackson LLC purchased the 132 room hotel from JPJ LLC.
The hotel is closed for renovations, and will open in phases – 29 rooms in July – 43 additional rooms in September.
The project is expected to be completed by December 2021.
Daybreak Suites Extended Stay will offer 113 studio, 7 handicap and 12 one-bedroom units.
