Clay Carlock owns Carlock Nissan of Jackson, which is next door to the property at 495 Vann Drive.
The location is a former home of Victory Honda North.
About 18 months after opening at 531 Vann Drive, Victory Honda closed its pre-owned dealership in November, 2019
Victory Honda took possession of the 18,000-square-foot facility on Vann Drive after Gwatney Mazda of Jackson vacated the property – which consists of about three acres – in early 2018.
