3 new businesses opening in Thomsen Farms; one relocating

Three new businesses, Crumbl Cookies, Hotworx and Chiro Plus, are opening in north Jackson this summer. Buff City Soap is relocating within Thomsen Farms.

  • Crumbl Cookies will open in the 2,150 square foot space formerly occupied by Buff City Soap at 1430 Union University Drive.

Crumbl Cookies started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was established in 2017 in Logan, Utah. Since that time, more than 77 additional locations have been built to satisfy the cookie cravings of individuals throughout Nevada, Montana, North Carolina, Oregon, Colorado, Idaho, Tennessee, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Washington, Massachusetts and Utah. Crumbl is rapidly expanding across the country with 50 additional locations slated to open this year.

  • Buff City Soap will move to a larger 3,600 square foot space in the same shopping center.
  • Hotworx will occupy 1,890 square feet at 1296 Union University Drive, and Chiro Plus is opening at 429 Walker Road.

Buchanan Realty Group negotiated the four leases in Thomsen Farms.

“Investors continue to show growing interest in doing business in Jackson and we specialize in making sure they have the right property to meet their needs and succeed,” said Brandon Buchanan, Principal Broker, Buchanan Realty Group, “Whether a business is looking for an expansion, relocation, build-to-suit, investment, purchase or lease- we are here to serve as a resource and advise on options to best meet their goals.”
