The Tennessee Department of Transportation continues paving at the intersection of the U.S. Highway 45 Bypass and North Parkway, where the eastbound outside lane of North Parkway is closed.
The northbound inside turn lane on the 45 Bypass is also closed.
Congestion is heavy – avoid the area if possible.
