The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for 11 more cases of COVID-19.

According to Mallory Cooke, Public Information Officer, Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department, there are 10,598 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County – 9,819 have recovered.

The newest confirmed cases range from ages 27 to 88.

Our Epidemiology staff is reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.

Six Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. One of these patients is on a ventilator.
