Faculty and students of Family Christian School are speading cheer while spreading paint this holiday season.

The canvas is just about any window in downtown and the decorating begins.

“The (Jackson) Arts Council gave us permission, and our kids chose to do the ’12 Days of Christmas,’ theme, Dawn Carlton said, “It’s been well-received … it’s been wonderful.”

Dawn, who serves as the elementary school art teacher, and Haley Smith, principal and art teacher at Family Christian School – are orchestrating the event.

Located at 535 Denmark-Jackson Road near McKellar-Sipes Regional Airport, Family Christian School is pre-school through 12th grade.
