The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for 36 more cases of COVID-19. We now have 5,596 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County – 4,423 have recovered.
The newest confirmed cases range from ages 2 weeks to 77.
Our Epidemiology staff is reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.
Thirteen Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. Two of those patients are on a ventilator.
