The Jackson Police Department, Madison County Sheriff’s Department and the Jackson Energy Authority are working an automobile accident on South Highland Avenue at Bemis Lane and Herron Grove Road.

A vehicle crashed into a utility pole causing a power outage in the area.

Traffic – north and southbound – are being detoured – avoid the area if possible.
