Highlights from the September 2020 Labor Force Estimates:

The Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for Tennessee decreased from 8.6 percent in August 2020 to 6.3 percent in July 2020.
During the same time period, the Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for the United States decreased from 8.4 percent to 7.9 percent.
The unemployment rate decreased in all 95 counties across the state.
Moore County had the lowest unemployment rate at 3.2 percent.
Shelby County had the highest unemployment rate at 9.9 percent.
