There was another heavy turnout for early voting, Wednesday, when 2,181 voters cast ballots at the early voting site located at the Madison County Agricultural Complex auditorium.

The total number of votes cast now stands at 14,868, which is 23.5% of the 63,105 registered voters in Madison County.

Early voting continues through October 29. Early voting hours are from 9 a.m.. – 4 p.m. on weekdays, and 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday.

On the last two days of early voting, October 28 and 29, the voting hours will be from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.

The early voting location is at 311 North Parkway in Jackson. You must present a photo ID issued by the State of Tennessee or the U.S. government.
