Rita Bailey, Clinical Data Abstractor, Quality Outcomes, is the West Tennessee Healthcare employee of the month for September.

Rita was presented with the award by WTH vice president Jackie Taylor, MD, CPE, Executive Director – Angela Nowlin, Quality & Patient Safety and Director – Amy Matthis, Quality Outcomes when the West Tennessee Healthcare Board of Trustees held their monthly meeting at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, Tuesday.

Considered an asset to the Quality Improvement Department, Rita has been with West Tennessee Healthcare for 34 years.

She is viewed as a team player, hard worker and someone who is always eager to help her co-workers and always does it with a smile.
