The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for 28 more cases of COVID-19. We now have 2,828 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County – 2,443 recovered.
The newest confirmed cases include 10 males, 18 females, and range from ages 11 to 86.
Our Epidemiology staff is reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.
Eleven Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. One of those patients is on a ventilator.
