Investigators with the Jackson Police Department needs assistance identifying a possible witness to a shooting on North Royal Street, Saturday.
He may have information in reference to the shooting on Sunday, August 22, 2020, at 611 North Royal Street.
The victim has been identified as Wendy Pickett, the president of Saving the Animals Together.
