JACKSON Tenn – A Jackson man was arraigned City Court on multiple charges including robbery and kidnapping.
Montavious Martez Bond is accused of forcing his way into a Moize Cut Off Road apartment holding a woman against her will while another man robbed her, according to an affidavit.
According to police on May 18 around 8:30 p.m. Montavious Bond knocked on the woman’s door apartment and when she answered he forced his way inside.
The victim says Bond put a gun to her head and forced her to stay inside the residence bathroom while he called another man.
The second suspect is accused of stealing property including, a 47″ TV, a Samsung smartphone and the woman’s wallet containing $500 cash, according to court papers.
Officers identified Montavious Martez Bond as a suspect, and the victim was able to identify him from a photo lineup, the document states.
Montavious Martez Bond is charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony. He is being held at the Madison County Jail.
