The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for 25 more confirmed cases of COVID-19. We now have 786 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.
A 72-year-old female and a 92-year-old female both died Thursday due to complications from COVID-19.

Our Epidemiology staff is still trying to contact some of these individuals, so hospitalization status is unknown at this time. We are also reaching out to people who had close contact with these cases.
Twelve Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. One of those patients is on a ventilator.
Five hundred forty Madison County residents have recovered from COVID-19, and 33 people say they are feeling better.
