Highlights from the June 2020 Labor Force Estimates Report:

The Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for Tennessee decreased from 11.0 percent in May 2020 to 9.7 percent in June 2020.

During the same time period, the Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate for the United States decreased from 13.3 percent to 11.1 percent.

The unemployment rate decreased in 74 counties, increased in 17 counties, and remained the same in 4 counties.

Williamson County had the lowest unemployment rate at 6.7 percent.

Shelby County had the highest unemployment rate at 13.2 percent.
