Tropical Smoothie Cafe, 1280 University Drive is scheduled to open July 29.
Located in Thomsen Farms, next door to West Tennessee Bank, Tropical Smoothie Cafe will have seating for 45 customers.
Ownen and managed by Jaymik Patel, the Cafe – which has more than 900 locations nationwide – will occupy 1,800-square-feet, and have a drive thru.
Business hours will be 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays, and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sundays.
With corporate offices in Atlanta, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a casual health-conscious chain cafe featuring custom smoothies, sandwiches & wraps.
Tracy Sterling – FirstChoice Property & Development – is the project coordinator.
Ann-Marie Kelley negotiated the lease for FirstChoice Property & Development.
