The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received test results for 177 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.
Our Epidemiology staff is reaching out to people who had close contact with these cases.
Two Madison County residents are currently hospitalized with COVID-19, one of those patients is on a ventilator.
One hundred fifty-nine Madison County residents have recovered from COVID-19 and four people say they are feeling better.
The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department will distribute free washable, reusable cloth face masks from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Monday, June 1 at the Jackson Fairgrounds – while supplies last.
Participants must enter the site on Magnolia Street.
We will NOT distribute masks at the Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department or at The WIC Center on Monday.
Tennessee Governor Bill Lee’s Unified Command Group (UCG) supplied a limited number of masks for Madison County residents. They will be distributed on a first come first serve basis.
Madison County residents will be limited to one mask per person. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED A FREE MASK, you are asked to not return.
