New construction homes sold January 1 through April 30, was 42, compared to 49, for the same period in 2019.
The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County through April 30, stood at 212.
Average days on the market – January 1 through April 30, was 51.
The average sales price for a home year to date is $165,018, compared to $168,280 for April 2019.
