The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for three more confirmed cases of COVID-19. We now have 159 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.
The most recent cases are all employees at local long-term care facilities. They include:
- 46-year-old female (not hospitalized)
- 62-year-old female (not hospitalized)
- 37-year-old female (not hospitalized)
Our Epidemiology staff is reaching out to people who had contact with these patients.
Four Madison County residents are currently hospitalized with COVID-19, two of those patients are on ventilators.
One hundred twenty-nine Madison County resident have recovered from COVID-19 and 10 people say they are feeling better.
