From the Jackson-Madison County Health Department –
The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for four more confirmed cases of COVID-19.
We now have a total of 133 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County.
One of these new cases was tested at the Jackson Fairgrounds on Sunday, April 19.
The most recent cases include:
36-year-old female (not hospitalized)
52-year-old female (hospitalized)
36-year-old male (hospitalization unknown)
66-year-old male (hospitalization unknown)
Our epidemiology staff is still trying to reach some of these patients, so hospitalization status is unknown at this time. We are also reaching out to people who had contact with these
patients.
