According to the Multiple Listing Service, new homes for sale in March stood at 27, compared to 33 for the same period in 2019.

The number of homes on the market, which includes all of Madison County through March 31, stood at 315 compared to 276 for the same period in 2019.

Average days on the market – January 1 through March 31, was 53, compared to 59 for the same period in 2019.

The average sales price for a home year to date is $156,681 compared to $162,288 for March, 2019.
