From the Jackson Police Department –

On Sunday March 8, 2020 at 12:40 p.m., two males entered The Barrel Wine & Spirits Co., located at 102 W. Chester Street and demanded money from the store clerks.

The suspects pepper sprayed the clerks and took money from the business. The suspects left the area in a small black SUV.

Jorma Jefferies and Davin Anderson were taken into custody on Monday for the robbery.

Anderson is a current employee at The Barrel.

Investigators have recovered the majority of the money stolen from the business.

Jeffries and Anderson have been charged with Aggravated Robbery and arraigned in Jackson City Court.
