Residence Inn by Marriott, 126 Old Medina Crossing, has been sold for $8,750,000.

Arrive Madison Hotel Group LLC purchased the business from Hotel 126 Old Medina LP.

Residence Inn offers studio, one- and two bedroom suites in the 92 room hotel.
