From the Jackson Police Department –
On February 20 around 3 p.m., the Jackson Police Department responded to shots outside Parkwood Apartments, located at 1252 N. Parkway.
Officers determined that this was a domestic violence related shooting.
A male suspect was quickly taken into custody near the crime scene. A male victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital and is currently in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
