Red Hook Cajun Seafood & Bar, 363 North Parkway, will open at 11:30 a.m., Monday, February 17.

Business hours are 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday.

Seating will be available for 100 plus customers.

Besides Jackson, the Bartlett-based Red Hook Cajun Seafood & Bar – Family of Restaurants – is also located in Memphis at 3295 Poplar Avenue, and San Antonio, Texas.

A fifth location is scheduled to open in Memphis at Wolfchase Mall.
