The Jackson Beer Board approved four requests – one special occasion, three business – during its monthly meeting at the City Council Chambers at City Hall, Tuesday.
Russ Ellis and Cathy Garrett – on behalf of the University School of Jackson, 240 McClellan Road – were approved for a special occasion permit to sell, store and serve beer for USJ’s 50th anniversary, Saturday.
The Board approved a permit request from Kimberly Ragan, for a business known as Ragan’s Convenience Store, 412 Airways Blvd., for selling, storing and distributing beer for consumption off the premises.
The Board approved a permit request from Bhvpender Patel, for selling, storing and distributing beer at Residence Inn – Arrive Madison LLC – 126 Old Medina Crossing.
The Board approved a permit request from Dhaval Patel, for a business known as T Mart, 1302 North Highland Avenue, for selling, storing and distributing beer for consumption off the premises.
