A portion of the parking lot at Redbone’s Grill & Bar, 584 Carriage House Drive, has collapsed due to a sinkhole or damage to an aging waste or sewer system.

The activity is on private property and is not affecting a city street.

Management at Redbone’s could not be reached for comment.
