The Foundation – West Tennessee Healthcare Foundation – held its 30th annual Charity Gala to benefit Ayers Children’s Medical Center and Kirkland Cancer Center, at the Carl Perkins Civic Center, Saturday.

The A. Barnett Scott Service Award and Jackson Awards were presented during the event.

The Dr. A. Barnett Scott Service Award was established to honor Scott, a longtime board member of The Foundation and past chairman of the board, after his death in August 2011.

The Jackson Awards were established by The Foundation in 2006 as a means to honor those in the community who exemplify the truest qualities of a leader.
