In accordance with Tennessee Code Annotated (T.C.A.), the Madison County Election Commission has called a special recall referendum election to recall Dorothy A. “Doris” Black from her position as a Jackson-Madison County School System Board Member in District 4, Position 1.

This election will be held on Dec. 10, 2019.

Only registered voters who live in School Board District 4 are allowed to vote in this election.

The Madison County Election Commission, 311 North Parkway, is open for registration, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The last day to register in person, or to hand deliver forms is Nov. 12, 2019.

Registration will close only for residents of District 4.
