The number of injuries, and the extent of the injuries are not known, but Medical Center EMS personnel were called to Ridgecrest Road, following an automobile accident, Saturday.

The Jackson Police Department and the Jackson Fire Department worked the accident after a vehicle overturned on Ridgecrest Road, between Campbell Street and Old Henderson Road.

The vehicle struck a water main – which erupted.
