“This sentence illustrates the seriousness and vigor with which these cases are investigated and prosecuted in the 26th Judicial District. With this sentence a violent offender has been removed from our community.
Let this sentence serve as a notice to those that would scheme to prey upon some of the most vulnerable among us that they will eventually be caught and they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
The cases were prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney General Lee Sparks and investigated by Lieutenant Danielle Jones and Sgt. Jay Stanfill of the Jackson Police Department.
