A new three-story, 52,200-square-foot building is scheduled for construction in Thomsen Farms near Walker Road.

Besides offerings for office and retail, the facility will include 24 apartments.

The eight, one-bedroom apartments will consist of 600-square-feet, and 16, two-bedroom units will offer 1,000-square-feet.

“We believe Thomsen Farms is the perfect location for this type of development,” Ann-Marie Kelley said, “The upcoming mixed-use building will be beneficial to both businesses and residents.

“Construction will begin by end of the year, and be completed 2020.”
