As part of its recent exciting growth, Town & Country REALTORS welcomed its newest team member, Henderson native and Jackson resident Madison Balding.
According to a press release from Lyndsay Best, a Digital Solutionist with B3 Creative Agency, Madison credits the current market with her decision to further her career as a REALTOR by joining Town & Country.
“I love the atmosphere of the Jackson market right now,” Madison said. “It’s so fast-paced and invigorating. There’s such a great opportunity for growing and transforming our city.”
“We are eager for Madison to continue her career with us,” Town and Country REALTORS owner Joey Hale said. “She has such a warm, encouraging personality that will connect well with our clients as we serve our community.”
Although she is new to Town & Country, Madison is not new to the real estate business. Her family connection to real estate comes through her grandmother, who is also a REALTOR.
Before coming to Town & Country, Madison enjoyed working with her grandmother at the same real estate firm.
“Ever since I was a child, I’ve loved touring homes,” she said, reflecting on her history in the business. “That early start definitely helped me develop my passion for real estate. I still love touring and decorating!”
When she’s not connecting with clients, Madison is the proud mom of 15-month-old Karver. She also enjoyed local fame in 2015 as Miss Jackson, and her eye for style gives her a decorating knack that her clients will undoubtedly enjoy.
“I am so excited to join Town & Country,” she said. “The training and support network this firm offers its agents is unmatched. It already feels like a family, and I’m so excited to call Town & Country home while I help Jacksonians buy and sell their homes, too.”
For over 50 years, Town & Country REALTORS has been serving the West Tennessee community with excellence and integrity.
