Body found in Muse Park identified

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department has released the identification of the body found this morning at Muse Park in Jackson.

The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old William Jobe, Jr. of 610 Key Senter Road.

This morning at 8:14 a.m. the Madison County Sheriff’s Department received a call from family members about a missing person. Then at 8:56 a.m. deputies were dispatched to Muse Park to investigate the discovery of a deceased body in a vehicle. Authorities now confirm the missing person is the same person discovered deceased in Muse Park.

The investigation by the Madison County Sheriff’s Department continues.

No cause of death has yet been released.
