According to a press release from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Madison County Sheriff John Mehr reports that MCSO Deputies were working pro-active patrol Friday, July 12 and came across six individuals who were here illegally and ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) was contacted.

It was discovered that some of these individuals had multiple deportations in the past.

ICE agents took them into custody and transported these individuals into their holding facilities.

Any further information will be released by the Department of Homeland Security.
