Investigators with the Jackson Police Department are investigating the use of a stolen debit card that was used in the Kids Foot Locker located at 2021 N. Highland Avenue. Jackson Police need assistance identifying this person of interest.

On May 7th, surveillance video captures an unidentified black male with a low hair cut purchasing items at the Kid’s Foot Locker at approximately the same time the card’s transaction log shows the stolen card was used. The black male was also wearing a black shirt with a white logo.
